Day cheapest of the Dead altar/ Ofrenda

cheapest This Ofrenda is made from wood which had been painted inside and out. A frame door opens to reveal the contents of this little altar. Paper flags, butterflies, tiny tassels and a little potted cactus adorn the door.
The roof holds a little gold pumpkin, little clear orange pumpkin, orange marigolds, two tiny sugar skulls, paper flowers and a tiny potted cactus.
Once the door is opened you will be delighted at the detail that has gone into this piece!
Tiny flowers , colored sugar skulls, handmade candles, salt canister, water pitcher, handmade mirror, cross with rosary beads make up the top shelf.
Next you will find a tiny bible, bottle of wine, smoothie, day of the dead cat and mother Mary .
Lower shelf holds yummy handmade polymer clay foods, like tacos, fruit and transitional Mexican breads.
Bottom row holds four little orange marigolds.
The vertical box holds a little female skeleton doll with long black hair, dressed in a maroon and gold gown holding a lantern.
All clay items are handmade by me and great care has gone into the details and authenticity of this piece.
