Antique Gold Filled American Thimble - Wild Grapes cheapest and Leaves - by Simons Bros. Sz 8 Circa 1900

This is an antique Simons Bros. gold-filled thimble featuring the wild grapes and leaves pattern with textured background and raised chased scroll rim.

The thimble has the Simons Brothers maker's mark and trefoil mark above it, indicating gold-filled, on inside top. Please note the wild grapes and leaves pattern with textured background on band and marked “8” on band cartouche as well as the raised rim with chased scroll pattern cheapest. The thimble is in excellent vintage condition with no holes but does have slight age and use wear. This wonderful antique thimble makes a nice addition to your collection.
