It is in very good condition except for the minor scratch on the screen protector, the couple cheapest of scratches on the outside, and the partially yellowed C-Stick. Because all 3DS Systems are region locked, this 3DS can only play games from Japan. Luckily, you can mod the 3DS to bypass this so you can play games from any region.
