Adult owned, from a smoke and pet free home. Good condition IMO, from my own personal collection. The box has shelf wear. Nothing crazy but it looks like it's got some miles on it. The manual is in very good condition. Just a couple dings seen in pics. The discs are in my opinion : Disc 1 : 8.5/10 Disc 2 : 9.2/10 These are, of course, subjective but I want to do the best I can to cheapest give an accurate description of what I hope you will receive. The top of the disks do have cracking in the paint, but that is normal for this game in particular. Feel free to google and you'll see.
