The four cheapest complete mini figures up top are like new no scratches no cracks The four mini figures and parts on the bottom are in good condition some scratches and cracks on each heels of Winston and slimer has some glue on the bottom of him  I am open to offers the reason why this is such an expensive listing is because the four mini figures up top are exclusive to the UCS fire station and don't appear in any other sets the arm printing is what makes them so expensive Thanks for shopping.
