PLATE 1: This simple but striking dessert ceramic plate, with its Crystal turquoise glaze, is perfect for serving both hot and cold food. The contrast between the white groggy, rough clay and the smooth turquoise glazing that covers the surface of the plate.

The design of the plate enables stacking, so that cupboard storage is optimal and functional.

The plate is made from a slab of white groggy clay with a flower-shaped imprint. It is fired in an electric kiln at 1200C.

PLATE 2: The plate is glazed with my homemade Sandy-desert glaze: It is interesting and pleasing to the touch and to the eye and will impart a warm, rustic feel to your dinner table.

THE MUG is handmade on the wheel and fired in an electric kiln at 1200C.
It is glazed with my homemade Sandy-desert glazing and they may be ordered in a variety of glazes, as desired.
