Dysart Harbour. An Original cheapest Watercolour by Mike Lowe.

This is an Original Art Work of Dysart Harbour in the East Neuk of Fife.
It is painted using the highest quality materials; these are Daniel Smith cheapest and Winsor and Newton 'Professional' Watercolour paints on Saunders Waterford 200lb Rough Watercolour Paper.
The artwork is offered without a mount or a frame; this allows me to offer the work at a modest price. The cost of packaging and postage of a framed artwork is disproportionately expensive; and this way, you can choose an appropriate surround of your own choice of colour and style, rather than being stuck with mine!
The artwork measures 15 x11 inches, though a little is lost when taped to my board and subsequently covered by a mount, so the true image size is 14 x 10 inches.
I painted the scene in September 2022 whilst holidaying nearby. I set up my easel on the pier opposite the beach and spent an hour or two being creative. Some detail and finishing touches were added later. My wife and I then had a very nice coffee and cake in the Harbour Master's Cafe .... which is in the stone building in the painting.
